Merging Data from Excel to Avery Label 5160

I seem to have hit a wall.
I have a membership list in Excel for Mac Office 2004. I want to use it
to print Avery 5160 labels for our monthly newsletter. How do I
"merge"the data? Any suggestions welcome.
