Merging Data Source & Printing the form letter

Hi,
After merging the data source in the form letter i tried
to print them using Merge to Print button. It gives me a
dialog box with error saying "Word found locked fields
during the update word cannot update locked fields" But i
click on the ok button in that dialog box twice then it
prints the forms. But what does this error message mean.
Where am i going wrong.

You can "lock fields" (i.e. prevent their results from updating) by
selecting them and using ctrl-F11 (which I suppose you might have done
accidentally). You can unlock them by selecting them and using
ctrl-shift-F11. E.g. you could probably unlock all the ones in the body of
your document using ctrl-A to select the document, then ctrl-shift-F11.

However, I have a suspicion that the message you are seeing is not reporting
the correct error. If you need more help, can you say which version of Word
you are using?
