Merging documents

Is there anyway to tell word not to track changes AFTER
or BEFORE the merge, this is a huge document and i just
want to accept ALL CHANGES. but right now i have to do
one at a time.

Just turn off "Track changes" (Ctrl+Shift+E will usually do
it, if you haven't reassigned this keyboard shortcut).
