Merging Documents

I have a two word documents; One with Questions that have
data entered answers and One that has been forwarded to
me that contain what look like fields that should
correspond with the answers to the questions on the
first. How do I link the two so that the "fields" pull
the information from the data entry page?

Just how you would go about that would depend upon how the documents are
arranged.
