Merging fields, etc.

Hi,

I am new to using the address book in Word 2000. I wanted to create mailing address labels using their format. I did so, but now when I go to merge I only get the first and last name fields. I ask for the middle name, address, city, state, and postal code, but it does not show up on my lay out page (I should say the actual data does not show up. The field names do).

Any suggestions?

Thank you
Julie

Hi =?Utf-8?B?SnVsaWU=?=,

You need to ask this in an OUTLOOK newsgroup. Be sure to check in OUTLOOK's
Help/About dialog box for the exact version of Outlook (with SP's and
whether you're in "Internet Mail Only" or "Corporate" mode).
