Merging info path data

I have a Micorsoft word Document I want to collect date from customers on our
websit such as their name address etc and then use that information in the
document in a merge. What microsoft product can do that??? It seems that I
need Expression Outlook and Infopath.

No.
I would like Infopath to collect information online (on a web page) and then
email that data to me as variables so that I can then merge variables that
Infopath or some other program collects into a word document.

There would be about 40 variables such as the date of birth, names and ages
of the individuals etc.

Normally the client has to sit down and input this over and over. Having
the secretary then later input this into the documents over and over again is
a pain and takes a ton of secretary time and money. Why not just have the
client input it one time online and then have one long document that we
simply can add to or modify as our needs change after we collect the
informaiton on line so that we can then mail merge we collected and spit out
documents.
