merging info to one field

I'm using Access 2000. This is a simplified version of what I have.

Student Table
Student ID Name Grade . . . . and so much more
1 Cindy 12
2 Bobby 11
3 Joe 10

Group Table
(each student in an extra curricular activity is in the Activity group -
students can be in more than one activity)
Student ID Group
1 Boy Baseball
1 Band
1 Honor Society
2 Band
3 Honor Society
3 Wrestling

I need a query (or on a form) to show
Student ID Group Memberships (one field)
1 Boy Baseball, Band, Honor Society
2 Band
3 Honor Society, Wrestling

Any ideas or suggestions?
