I have created a data source in excel for mailing labels. I am using the Avery template 8462 in Word. When I complete the merge there is data merged into the bottom border of the labels and is throwing off the rest of the print job. I have over 30 pages of labels that will not line up properly. If I am using the template, then why is information merging into the unusable footer? I have done numerous merges for labels in the past using a PC and I have never had this problem.
