Merging Multiple Contact Lists

What is an easy way to merge multiple Contact lists into one? I have 4
separate lists -- each with hundreds of entries. Can 2 Contact lists be open
at the same time, split screen. That way, 2 lists at a time could be
visually compared and one by one the duplicate entries in the 2nd, 3rd and
4th Contacts lists could be manually deleted, and updating the primary
Contact list with the most current information. When copying or moving
contacts into the primary list, Outlook does not seem to know which of the
two contacts entries is more current so the entry being copied to is
overwritten.
