Investigate the Next command in help Next can be found in
merge toolbar.
ect.... This is not a problem... In the body of the
letter it has to list "Fund name" "Grant Amount" "Grant
Date". The Excel spreedsheet has a different row for each
of these (ie; One might have 10 grants, one might have 3)
The first Column has the same name for all 10 different
grants because they were made by the same person, but the
data is different for each row (I hope you understand what
I mean) I need excel to pick up the name in the heading of
the word doc. but in the body of the letter I need to pick
up the "Fund name" "Grant Amount" "Grant Date" from each
row and put it into one letter as opposed to making 10
different letters....
