Merging multiple powerpoint files

Is there an easy way to merge multiple powerpoint files?
I have a group of users that each updates a powerpoint briefing, (user1.ppt,
user2.ppt, user3.ppt) that needs to be compiled into one comprehensive
briefing (allusers.ppt). The individual briefings are updated daily and need
to be recompiled...is there an easy automated way to merge the briefings?

Pretty quick to Insert Slides from file, choose file then insert all. Repeat
for other file. Or you could add an action button at the end of
presentations 1 & 2 hyperlinked to the next presentation.

I already have all the presentations with an action at the end to link to
the next presentation.
What I am looking for is a way to quickly merge them all together for
archiving as a single presentation.
You are right it is pretty quick to insert file, but I was trying to find an
automated way, since we use the same filenames every day--with macros or
something.
