Merging Outlook Address books

R

RevDennis

I have one address book created by my MSN E-mail account: another created
directly by my input. I would like to merge and eliminate duplicates and
eventually have just one directory. Is this possible, is this recommended,
and if not, why/

And what, exactly, do you mean by "direct by my input"? Are you using some
sort of mail client, and if so what?

And HOW IS THIS A SUGGESTION? Please do NOT click on the "suggestion"
function when you are asking a QUESTION.

Outlook uses the Contacts folder to supply the information needed for
the "Address book". Get the info into the Contacts folder and you are
good to go.
