Merging public folder contacts with office products

I have a Win 2003 SBS server with Exchange 2003. I want
to create a contact list in the public folders for all
users in my domain to be able to access. The question I
have is does anyone know if there is a way to link the
public folder contacts to other office products like Word
and Excell? For example, if I want to create a letter to
one of my contacts I would be able to link a contact to my
Word letter to have the contacts information included in
the letter automatically. Hopefully this makes sense and
there is a way to do it. Please help.
