merging records to Word

When merging from Access to Word, not all records will
merge into the word document. It randomly selects
records from within the table to merge with no pattern to
it. It should merge all records since all are showing up
in the table. It even ignores the 1st records and
selects anywhere in the middle of the records.

How can one get all records to merge in Word from Access?

How can one get all records to merge in Word from Access?

Are records actually missing from the output (wrong count) or are they
just out of order? If the latter, merge from an ordered query instead
of from a table. If records are actually missing it is much more
mysterious...
