Merging resources

Hi, I'm using Project 2002 Standard. Is it possible to merge 2 resources
into 1. For example, I set up a project with a plumber and an electrician,
then employ a person who can do both jobs so I want to make them a single
resource. I may also want to separate them again later if the person leaves
the job.

Hi Colin,

In a nutshell, no.

What you need is to create a new resource called say Elecplum, then use
"find and replace" on the "resource name" field to change Electrician to
Elecplum, then Plumber to Elecplum. You will now have three resources
available to you, a Plumber, an electrician, and an Elecplum.
