Merging Rich Text Box Format With Line

When you merge a bunch of forms with rich text boxes together, you get
something like this:

comment1
______________

comment2
______________

comment3
______________

Does anyone know a way that I can change the format of the merge? ie,
instead of those lines separating the merged content, I want every
comment to have a bullet point and be on a new line.
