Merging Status Reports

Our department was using the Status Report template that came with InfoPath.
When merging the forms using the built in template, each employees entries
were sepearted by their names. Like this:

Sarah:
-information
-information2
-information3

Bob:
-information4

After creating a new template, when I merge forms from multiple users, the
users name does not appear in each section. Like this:

-information
-information2
-information3
-information4

Is there an easy way to make the user's name appear in each section to label
the data that the user submitted?
