Merging Time and date

I have a worksheet with two column one with date i.e. 6-13-
2000 and the other with time i.e. 16:45. I was wondering
if there is a way to merge the two date cells into one
i.e. 6/13/200 16:45

Working on win2k and office xp.

Is there a simple universal formula that i could do for
say 100 of these columns all at once?

You can just add the two together. E.g,. =A1+B1
