merging to Word

I have a list of names and addresses but I only want to
send letters to some of them. I filter out the records
that I don't want to merge into Word but they still come
over. How can I only merge over the records I want?

Try my word merge example. It allows you to send it a sql query.

It also allows you to merge just one record if you want.
