Hello,
I'm trying to complete a mail merge with Outlook 2007 contacts.
Here's what I want to accomplish:
Scenario 1 - Cohabitants with same last name:
John and Mary Smith
1234 Anystreet
Anytown, USA 12345
Scenario 2 - Cohabitatnts with different last name
John Smith and Mary Jones
1234 Anystreet
Anytown, USA 12345
Scenario 3 - No cohabitant
John Smith
1234 Anystreet
Anytown, USA 12345
Using the "Josh Randall Jr. and Cynthia Smith" option when doing the
mail merge works perfectly for scenarios 1 and 2. However, in
Scenario 3, I get "The Smith Family" instead of "John Smith" I'm
looking for ways around this, potentially with an IF THEN ELSE clause
in the merge.
If anyone has any great ideas, I'd love to hear them.
Thanks!
John
