I am trying to merge a list of names, first and last so
that I get a page full of names on one sheet in 2 seperate
columns. What I get is a sperapte page for each name not
a running list of all names in the database. Tried
everything. HELP

Are you talking about Word MailMerge?

If you are, MailMerge create a "page" per Record / Row in the DataSource.

Try creating an Access Report instead.
