Merlin on Powerpoint

Hello i am having the following on my system.
OS - Windows XP
Office - Office XP

I want to have the narrator(Merlin) activated along with
my presentation. My sound card is working fine. I can
hear the Windows sound when the slide show begins but
can't hear the Merlin speak. Why is this happening?

Hi,

Do you have a speech engine installed? Lemme boot my laptop.

Wrong laptop. Now the internet wont load. Grrr.

There are two programs you need to install. The page you need to read and
download from is here:

http://www.microsoft.com/msagent/downloads/user.asp

One is a speech engine, the spachapi thing.

Please let us know how you get on. BTW, if you have Windows XP, you should
have most things already installed.
