Thanks, it didn't seem to help though. Any other ideas? I have norton
corporate edition, it didn't have an option to turn off scripting. I
disabled norton though and had same problem, I also tried the option of to
run "C:\Winnt\System32\Regsvr32" -U "C:\Program Files\Navnt\OfficeAV.dll".
although I have win xp, but I tried it anyway. The command ran
successfully, but still no joy.
