A conundrum with Outlook 2002 - I have a message which I can not see which
is stuck in the outbox. I am assuming it is a receipt which I may have
initiated by accident.
I get an error message normally 'xxx - sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F).
It then informs me the connection to the server was interrupted etc. Server
responded: 421 & an email address is normally given.
My outlook is now configured to receive from one account but send via
another (the account provided by my current ISP). I suspect the "receipt" is
trying to use the receive account which will not work as it is with old ISP.
I sorted the send/receive options as soon I became aware that this may
happen - but the "message" remains stuck.
I do not think this is a viruis/trojan - may PC scans daily with the latest
updates. It is also a bit too obvious.
Please advise
