Message "A table in this ... " appear when opening a document

A message "A table in this document has become corrupted.
To recover the contents of the table: Select the table and
choose Convert Table To Text from the Table menu" is
displayed when opening a document.

If click on OK in the error message, it will let me modify
the document. After reopen, the above message will be
appeared again.

Please advise.

Have you tried doing what the message says and converting the table to text?
