Message Alert for Another Mailbox

I would like to know if there is a way to set up a message alert for another
mailbox you have access to beside your own. I tried doing this through rules
and alerts, and then say 'through specified account' but when I click
specified account the mailbox I want does not show up in the drop down. The
only thing that shows up is 'Microsoft Exchange Server'. Anyways, does
anyone know how to do this? Thank you!

You'll need to actually define an account in Outlook for the other
e-mail account. Outlook cannot retrieve anything from somewhere that
isn't defined.

If you want to leave messages on the mail server for the other account,
enable the "leave messages on server" option. You will, however, have
to retrieve e-mails from the other account in order to know there are
any over there.
