Message Backgrounds

Is there some way to make "fancy" backgrounds for messages like you can in Outlook Express (parchments and so forth), or am I restricted in Entourage to the simple color backgrounds from the toolbar menu?

Yes, provided you have pictures which you can use as backgrounds. Make sure
HTML is enabled, then click on Message>Insert>Background Picture and choose
the file you want to use as background.
