Message blinking in outlook 2007

Hi ,

When in the list view the row referring to a SMIME encrypted message blinks
always.
Any suggestions and comments on what could be the reason and the resolution
for the same would be high appreciated.

Could not find any threads on this either, any pointers to some discussion
or an article would be helpful too.
