Message board guest page

I am designing a website for a guide company and i want to have a page where
the members can leave and read othere coments.

I am using frontpage 2003 software to complete this website. How can i
create a easy message board so that coments can be left to read by visitors.

Please help me out with this.

files contain information on both.
