I have a customised Outlook contact form that I've created for use in my
companies Public Folders. Over time some of my users have decided they wanted
additional fields or minor design changes, which I implemented. I've
published the updated form to my Organisational Forms Library. I've then gone
into the indvidual folder, deleted the old form, cleared the cache and copied
the new form in. Now within the folder when I click `new contact' the correct
new form comes up. However when I save it then reopen it the information
appears on the old version of the form. I've tried publishing the new version
with a different form name and also tried using the ContactGenie Message
Class Modifier. This seems to work and when I go into the contact and go into
properties it displays the correct new message class however visually the
form is stil the old version. All seems very weird. Can anyone help me with
this please.

Did you use the Clear Cache button in Outlook or did you go to the FORMs
folder in Explore and delete the forms there. The Clear Cache does not
always remove all forms. Also, you may need to delete the frmcache.dat file.
Do that by changing dat to today's date. (In case you want it back. I've
never needed it.) Outlook must be closed when doing this. When you reopen
Outlook you will create another frmcache.dat file. I have found that if that
..dat file gets too big, there can be problems like you describe. This also
may need to be done on other user's computers.

The FORMS folder is ususally located in Documents and Settings\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\FORMS.
