Good day all,
Have a problem with a company sending us e-mails. When they send e-
mails, we receive the txt version and the HTML version of the message
as attachments rather than something that we can view in the viewing
pane. Both versions of the message can be opened in external
readers. The user is using PCTools for virus and spyware protection
and wondering if that program is blocking something that would
prohibit viewing it normally.
Anybody have any experience with this?
