message coming in as plain text

I have two senders whose messages come in as plain text and I can't find any
way to get them in html. I'm using outlook 2003 and vista. I have a machine
at work running outlook 2003 and microsoft 2000 and the messages come in
fine. All my other emails come in fine.

I've got the same problem: 2003 Outlook on Vista Home, receiving some
specific sender's emails in plain text, including the attachments (which
seems to be interpretated as ASCII).
Did you have a solution for this problem?
