Message crashing Entourage

Have a spam message that even when just selected, immediately crashes
Entourage. Since it's deleted from my mail server, this is the only
place I can try and delete it from.
11.4.0 on 10.5.7

Any thoughts?

Just solved problem by closing the preview pane, then deleting message.
