Message dissapears in Outlook 2002

I inadvertently copied a message from the inbox to the
"Outlook today" folder using drag and drop and it promptly
dissapeared. I searched the whole PST file and could not
find the message again. Any help?

Click on Outlook Today, select Advanced Find. Use Messages, and then
search. Once found, drag it to your inbox.
