message error Word 2003

Hi

The following message keeps popping up on my screen when I'm saving a
document or reading my mails in Outlook also when I log off

It says more or less Word has to quit, any document you've been working on
might be lost and then it asks me to recover the file and send a message to
Microsoft

It blocks everything
Can anyone help me here?
