Message format question

Hi,

I am using Outlook 2003. I have configured to compose my message in Rich
text and selected use MS Word to edit and read email message. But when my
receiver receive my message, the format is wrong. For instance, I inserted
table, but it disappeared in receiver computer and the column totally mess up.

Can anybody help? Thanks in advance!

Is the recipient using Outlook as well? Only another Outlook user can read
Rich Text messages.

Yes, the recipient is using Outlook. But it shows HTML or plain text
sometimes. Any idea?

Sometimes? What are you doint when those "sometimes" occur?
