Message from Pivot having OLAP cube as datasource

When I create a Pivot table from OLAP cube once I click any page field
for the first time I get an error message "The Operation connects to
an external data source'
How can I suppress it? as users get confused.

Also how can I save the query so that users do not have to set the
path of the cube
