Message Header: Envelope Icon instead of "Attached:"

Outlook 2007, Windows XP SP3, Exchange Server 2003.

A coworker received an Outlook message with 7 Word documents attached.

In the message header, the standard "Attached:" text label had been replaced
with an envelope icon followed by the word "Message".

She wants to know how she can replace the text label "Attached:" with an
envelope icon.
