Message in Server - Tracking Gantt View

I made task changes to a project in EPM 2003. After saving the changes and
republishing the project, noticed an "envelope" graphic appearing in the note
column. Message was "Information for this task has changed. Select Publish
New and Changed Assignments to update the resources". Performed this, saved
and closed the project. Upon reopening, the envelope graphics with the same
message were still there. Thoughts????

Phil:

Is it possible that you're using external project links? This sounds like
the behavior you might see when you have two or more projects with
dependency links that create a circular relationship between the projects.
