Message: "incorrect Function"--says see admin'r for access: how?

When i try to save a document to a sony dvd-rw drive, the message is
"incorrect Function." The message is "See sdministrator for access to this
folder."

What do I do to fix this so save a document I create in word 2003 to the dvd
disc in the drive?
