Message on opening - global enterprise filter

Upon trying to open a project in Project Server 2003 using Project
Professional 2003 client, I'm getting a message as follows: 'Enterprise
Global already contains a filter named "Enterprise Resources" ... (4 choices)
Replace filter with one from enterprise global; Replace all items with
duplicate names; Rename the filter in the project; Cancel opening the project'

Why are we getting these, and how can we stop them?

Many thanks

Hi Jenny,

the reason for this message is that your Project Server global template
contains a filter AND your project contains a filter with the same name.

MS Project doesnt know which one to use and therefore gives you options.
Please use the following option:
"Rename the filter in the project" ( e.g.resource filter 1).
What you do is actualy rename the filter option name on your Project. Once
you save your project and reopen it you will not receive this message again.

there is also a way to delete this filter under Tools > Organizer, but you
may not need this since it is a filter.
Hope this helps
