Message on opening or closing Word & Excel

Whenever I open or close Word or Excel, I get a message for which I have to
click OK before continuing. The problem is that the message is in Chinese!

I uninstalled and reinstalled Office and still get th message. I have tried
to change to English, but it always comes back to the Chinese.

HELP!!
