I have a user that when she receives an email that was set to Highest-Priority (red exclamation point), will arrive in her Inbox marked Highest-Priority. Then after about 30 seconds it will automatically disappear (the priority mark). I saw it happen right before my eyes. It just simply vanished. No one touched anything. The message arrive, marked as it should be, then 30 seconds passed and whamo, the Priority changed to none.

I repaired the database, I updates to the latest 12.1.4, still the same problem. I checked over all the preferences and I don't see anything that could have this kind of effect.

Do they still appear in Outlook Web Access (OWA)?

Can you reproduce this problem using Outlook connected to the same
Exchange account while Entourage is not running?

Oddly some messages a few days old retain the status flag. I also just checked in Webmail and a message from yesterday does show the status flag.
