I have an Exchange 2003 (SP1) enviroment with all Outlook 2003 clients. A
user sent a message that contained errors and attempted to do a
recall/replace. The messages in some cases were recalled ok, but in most
cases recipients ended up with the original message, the recall message and
then the replace message in thier inbox. To say the least this caused an
enormous amount of embarassment to the sender. (the COO).
The question is: How can outlook 2003 be configured, in any way, to
correctly process the recall message requests?
