Message redirection + text-rewrapping

I

I have been using Outlook on my PC for about 6 months now. Previously, I was
using Outlook Express in a Mac OS 9 environment. I have to say that the OE
was infinitely better on the Mac than the supposed full version on my PC!
There are 2 absolute key basic functions that I sorely miss on Outlook. 1)
Redirect: This is the ability to click on a message that has arrived in my
inbox and redirect to to someone else. Not forward it, but redirect. This
keeps all the original formatting and "from" data intact. I normally would
use this feature 2 or 3 times a week. I can't believe Outlook doesn't have
this feature! Is there a 3rd party download?
2) Text re-wrapping: I am a very tidy person, and hate the way Outlook does
it's message formatting. In OE on the Mac, there is a "rewrap text" feature
in the edit menu. This means that when I reply to an e-mail for the 2nd time
in a threaded conversation, I can apply the rewrap text feature, and all line
endings are corrected for whatever line length I have selected, plus those
stupid spaces after the ">" in the prefix are edited out. Since I
exclusively use plain text, I like my e-mails clean and tidy. Without the
rewrap feature of OE on the Mac, I have to manually edit all e-mails
(especially threaded ones), which takes far too much time. Surely there is a
plug-in to fix this glaring omission?

You're under the false impression that Outlook and Outlook Express are
related. They're not.

I don't see how this is any better than a forward with a properly specified
Reply-To that causes replies to go back to the original sender.
