message saying: possible forged e-mail address

on a recently received e-mail a caution notice appeared saying, 'possible
forged e-mail address' I did't open it. What should I do about it. The
address looks the same as the ones I've received in the past? Please
suggest what I should do as it is an important subject. Thank you,

This newsgroup deals with Microsoft Access, a relational database
development application. You'll have better luck with this question on a
newsgroup that deals with your specific mail application (Outlook, Outlook
Express, ..etc)
