Message status icons missing (replied, forwarded, etc)

I have a problem where the message status icons have disappeared from emails. They were there before and now they are gone. Also new emails aren't leaving icons either.

I looked for a setting to enable or disable these but haven't found anything.

I'm having to click on my sent items to see if I replied to a specific email and this is very time consuming...

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Open a message and look for the little while oval in upper-right corner
of the window. Click it to show your toolbar.

Hope this helps!

That white oval hides/shows the toolbar but it does not have any options to remove the message status icons.

The icons I'm talking about are the arrow for replied emails. A chain link which I think means it was a reply from another message I previously sent.

Do you know of a way to enable/disable those icons? They are now gone from every email in my inbox.

Sorry about that. I misread your message.

Are you missing the Message Status column itself? You can add/remove it
using View menu --> Columns --> Message Status.

Have you recently cleared your caches in Entourage? This may delete
them, but I'm not sure.

If you're connecting to an Exchange Server 2007 server with sp1, rollup
4, then be sure to use the Web Services Edition of Entourage. It syncs
statuses with the Exchange Server and should preserve them, even when
syncing with Outlook or Entourage on other machines.

Hope this helps!
