Message Store Error?...

I recently uninstalled IE6 and then reinstalled it the
next day. Now I can't lunch Outlook Express, I ge the
error message:

"Outlook Express could not be started. The application
was unable to open Outlook Express message store. Your
computer may be out of memory or your disk is full."

I have plenty of memory and disk space. How do I fix this
problem?

part of Microsoft Office, but Internet Explorer.
