Message stuck in Outbox

I have a user who is using Outlook 2007 with SP2.

Messages are stuck in her Outbox and she is unable to send. I tried
re-creating the profile and that didn't work. I do not see the messages in
the Outbox from OWA so they appear to be stuck on the Outlook client. When
I looked at the connection status from Outlook, everything appears to be
connected successfully via TCP/IP.

The user was successful in sending from another computer with Outlook. I
also tried to enable Outlook logging but much of it I didn't understand.

Any ideas out there on what else I can try to resolve this issue?

Thanks.

We are using Sophos anti-virus but have not had any issues with anyone else.
I did not see any send errors while troubleshooting. Is there a specific
area I should look for these errors? The event logs didn't show anything
nor did the Outlook status bar.

Do you have your antivirus integrated with Outlook? Do you get any send
errors?

The errors usually come up in the Send/Receive progress dialog.

So even pressing F5 (or the Send/receive button) fails to send the items?
Have you checked the settings in the Send/Receive dialog? (Ctrl+Alt+S)
