I am encountering this issue frequently in the past few days. I send an
email. It goes to outbox. i open the email in the outbox to add to the
message and then click send again. It stays in the outbox but instead of
being under the header Date: Today, it is now under a header that says Date:
none. Messages under the Date: Today header go out without a problem.
Messges under the Date:None never go out.
I ran Scanpst and that did not help.
